I am using SunDirect DTH since 2009 April. Initially it was Okay but all of a sudden their satellite failed. Because of that no program was aired for 20 days. After that they have resumed their service somehow. But the quality of picture was pathetic. After a day or two from resume of their service, they have started giving message to get your antenna aligned.
I called Sundirect so many times and no response. Their number 18002007575 is not working now.
Local number for trivandrum 0471-2570051/2570041 no one pick or if by mistake they pick the phone.
Finally I am going to buy Tatasky.
