I have moved from the local cable operator to Sun DTH around 9 months back. Somehow I got the services activated (Installation support was poor). Channels quality was good for around 6 months, Later due to some issues the service started hanging intermittently.
I have contacted the customer care and realized that No support. Later I have escalated to their Nodal service manager as mentioned in their web site. No action. They told someone will come. Someone from their end said it is a chargeable service and someone says it is free. They themselves were not having any idea how the service was provided,
After following up with them too noone came to attend the issue. Everyday their customer care says it will be resolved in 48 hours. I called locally someone and got the issue resolved. But no support was provided by Sun. Currently the service is running fine. But only on God's support. However I have decided to move to some better service providers.
So if you are little bothered about technical support, Sun DTH is good as they are able to deliver good quality pictures and lot of south+general channels (under basic package) when compared with other DTH players.
