Paid FULL YEAR Membership using my PayTM Account as per Order ID: SBNHXYMH0N9I Transaction ID 24559933634 on May 2019.
The Phone number based login for my PayTM as well as Sun NXT App are the same. However after just 2-3 months not able to see any content on my Mobile. The customer service team is not taking complaints on Phone and sending a mail to their customer care number is not getting any response. The most unprofessional service ever. Just save your money and DO NOT BUY SUN NXT products.
It is incredible that as a service provider Sun NXT can stoop so low. Do they even remember that there is something called Service renewal, word of mouth feedback through Social media etc. all of which will adversely impact their revenues.
I sincerely hope that people stay away from their buggy platforms and not lose money.
