This system came quickly, within seven days. We installed it without a hitch and only had to make a few phone calls to the tech support guys who were friendly and knowledgeable. Easily were able to get the light panels on the roof( only 45 pounds each). We quickly realized(in the summer sun) that we were going to get most of our hot water from solar, as we were baking in the mid day sun during install.
The shipment arrived with all parts included exactly as listed in the kit list. Had a friend plumber help out on the install, we used his tools, and after 2 days of hard work we were done. System started up exactly like it said it would in the manuals, pumps were quiet and quickly moved heat from the panels and back in to the tank we bought. Very happy with the product and performance and would recommend doing business with Sunbelt Solar again. Thanks again.
