Come Eid and we have a major box office battle to witness… that between Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ and Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan.’ While media and trade analysts have been creating mountains of speculations around the big clash of the Khans, Shah Rukh has finally come out and spoken about it and has surprisingly termed it “awkward.” "I think logic will be to shift(release dates of both'Raees' and'Sultan'). We will try and figure out a way so that it doesn't eat into each other's business.

It is awkward. it's like what are we doing. I don't think we like to have it(box office clash), ” Khan told PTI. The actor then went on to say that if Salman and the makers of ‘Sultan, ’ feel that Eid belongs to Bhaijaan, then the makers of ‘Raees’ would be open to shifting the date. He said, “If they are adamant or fixated that somehow due to some sense of righteousness Eid belongs to Salman Khan so be it." While King Khan confessed they are trying to work things out smoothly and that there are no ego clashes between Aditya Chopra('Sultan' producer) or Farhan Akhtar(‘Raees’ producer), as for now they are gearing up for an Eid release. Whether or not the two parties manage to sort the mess out, is yet to be seen.
