*We were the first one’s to tell you that Salman Khan is recording his versions of Sultan tracks. Since then he has released four of his versions, the latest being the title track of Sultan.
While Salman had sung earlier during Kick and Hero, he has taken singing very seriously this time around. He has been keeping his throat and voice in perfect condition, so much so that he has taken very strict measures like consuming a special drink to make his scratched throat smooth.
A source close to the superstar revealed to us EXCLUSIVELY saying, “Salman is taking singing very seriously. To keep his voice and throat in perfect condition he has been having a special drink. In fact, he drinks it right before he enters the recording studio to record a song. The special drink is is a combination of honey lemon ginger syrup with green tea. Earlier he was a caffeine addict, but he has discontinued coffee and switched to green tea. He always a flask of this mixture everywhere he goes. He keeps it handy throughout the recording, so that he can sing very smoothly.”
A lot has been written about Salman and Shah Rukh Khan‘s bromance. Ever since they resolved their differences, they have been inseparable and we are so glad about it. We can still watch the Bigg Boss 9 episodes where SRK had come to promote Dilwale and played some games with Salman. It was everything we hoped it would be. Salman had even shared the trailer of Fan and called himself a fan of the superstar as well. You would think that was just for gimmicks but this dialogue promo of Sultan proves he meant it. Here too, he professes his love for SRK.
The video has Salman wrestling with Anushka Sharma but he seemed more interested to look deep into her eyes. The coach reprimands him and asks if he is here to learn wrestling or romance the girl. He even says, “Khud ko Shah Rukh Khan samjhe hai ke?” That triggers something in Sultan and he says, “Shah Rukh ka mazak mat udao. Manne bahut pasand hain. Jab woh ladki ke aankh mei aankh dalke dekhe hai na, to andhi ladki bhi pat jawe hain.” Sigh! Salman is absolutely right. SRK just has to look into our eyes and we can melt. He is just too good with romance. In fact, he is the reason we have such high standards from our partners despite knowing there can be only one Shah Rukh Khan and he is taken since forever now. But still we are in love with SRK.
Just like we have several comedy shows in Hindi where Bollywood celebs are invited as guests, even Marathi show, Chala Hawa Yeu Dya, that airs on Zee Marathi follows the same concept. Their popularity has been increasing and ever since Shah Rukh Khan made his debut in the show to promote Fan, a lot of attention has been given to this show. Probably that’s why Salman Khan is also following his contemporary’s footsteps as this is the first time he’ll be promoting his film on a regional show.
The show is a standup comedy where celebrities are invited in each episodes as special guests and comedians continue their nonsensical farces that pertain towards making conversations with a background of music and dance. And this is the first time Salman attended the show. The show already finished shooting the episode with Khan in it and looks like they had one helluva time! A lot of things did happen at the show with the cast dancing to the tunes of Baby Ko Bass Pasand hai and a little mockery on Salman Khan’s Tere Naam hair. The host and Salman even exchanged some chat and there were a few body builders at the set as well.*
