I used Sulekha to post ad about my house on rent. The responses were slow in the beginning, but I liked couple of things about it
They do not charge for extending the AD, if there are no responses, whereas Magicbricks and 99acres are charging after 90 days.
Sulekha reps called me and extended themselves, without waiting for me to update in their website.
Magicbricks and 99 acres were pushing me to put the AD in the paid scheme.
