I bought a Santro XO in July 2006 from this dealer. To know how good they are picture this -
The staff providing finance deal changed its calculations atleast 5 times in 7 days. Inspite of all documents it takes them another 10 days to get the car financed
The car is delivered exactly 21 days after the committed date
The sales man "forgets" to get the registration done. After numerous reminders, registration certificate is received 2 months after the delivery
The salesman himself fills all sections of feedback sheet(of course giving good comments) & asks you to sign it
During the first car service, I left some documents in dashboard by mistake(including the sealed feedback form to be sent to Hyundai). On receiving the car, all the documents were found to be torn opened by the staff. On being escalated, the G.M. of Suhrit(some Mr. Sethi) says that "what's wrong if they opened & read the documents" and that its my mistake that I left the documents in the car.
I receive a call in July 2007(around 10 months after the service done by them), enquiring if the service was done properly [To clarify - I never got my car serviced by them after the first service in September 2006]
And am sure that am not the only one who suffered this, as one of my close friend bought the same car from them, a week later & has more horrifying stories to tell.
