I usually order food from my food ordering app and I like to eat healthy as much as possible whenever I am hungry and not in mood of cooking food for myself or just too tired. Not many times I see the subway delivery but I was just browsing and saw Subway sandwich delivery option.
Now if anyone eats at subway we know that the highlight of subway is fresh veggies, Healthy bread and awesome sandwiches. In the menu I saw the customisation option to make your own sandwich. I was really glad because I can make my own sandwich like in the store I was kinda curious how it would turn out to be. Great sandwich at 260 for two with diet coke. Healthy food with budget and free delivery.
I ordered the food and I was given the time window of 60 minutes and I waited. After 90 minutes also there was no one. I went to balcony to see if he is looking for address and I saw a guy in bike looking at an address then all of a sudden he went away. I thought it must be someone else. Again he came I saw him and asked him the delivery is for my address he said yes. He came and gave me my order.
If I wasn't standing near balcony and haven't noticed him he would have just made circles of my areas and wouldn't have came. Well finally after 2 hours I was getting my sandwich. As you know subway don't heat the sandwich its just made and served. Also there was cold diet coke inside and winters at that time. The sandwich was cold but more cold.
Even though I knew it will not be heated I can't say I enjoyed it. I just finished the job I was waiting for last 2 hours. And a guy like me who is so impatient and want food in less than 30 minutes it was not a pleasurable experience at all. Not saying the food is bad or the sandwich is bad. But they surely need to work on their service and improve it.
