The food quality is very bad .i visited here for the first time and had a very bad experience. atmosphere of the place is good. Cleanliness is also there but coming to food quality it is worst I have ever had.
They serve you a bread filled with some veges which is literally tasteless and they don't even serve it hot .the veges inside the bread are cold and uncooked.i didn't like it at all .i threw all of the food in the dustbin . money charged is exponentially high. And there is no value for money . prices are quite high with no return.
They take pretty much time to prepare your order .still it's worthless
I would never recommend anybody to visit here .there has been an incident with subway that someone has found some fly or something inside the food .which is really a shame.We ordered 3 meals from the subway on ORMSKIRK road pemberton Wigan and they had missed off a few items we ordered via just eat and paid a delivery fee and service charge when I rang the shop they said they can’t send the items out as they have no one to send them and advise we can either request a refund or I can pick them up I am on my dinner break at work and was ready to go pick them up but luckily I looked on the website and it was stating they are closed so good job I didn’t go down as it would if been wasted time I am not happy at all and we have complained to just eat as well the service over the phone was shocking the guy didn’t seem bothered at all
