I am a Great fan and a loyal fan of Subway chain of restaurents.I always had a great experience at your restaurants across India.This feelling was put under a drastic Stake on my Recent visit to one of your Restaurants at City mall Jhalawar road, kotaThere Wasn't any customers at your restaurant and when I stood by the counter for an order the person who attended had didn't even care about my presence and he was chitchatting with someone on his personal stuff.Yet I waited patiently and that had person has still did not even have a Courtesy to welcome me.That was a most embarrassing moment ever, getting unfair treatment from one of the leading restaurant chains across India.I left the premises in despair without making an order.
Hope you would look into the same and improve the quality at the said Branch.
