Never go for any sukam products. Their after sales service is very pathetic. And top of this they do not value their own warranty and guarantee.
I have one Sukam 1400 VA UPS with 2 batteries and I have been running into so many issues with them.
Finally they said one out of the two batteries are faulty and they are not ready to replace them even though its under warranty/guaranty period.
Also, they will write something on their pamplets and warranty card and will write some thing and in small letters they will contradict the items mentioned in bold which you will not notice at the time of buying.
So dont go for it.
