I got this from a local authorized distributor at Chennai called Bright n Power. After 6 months of usage, the inverter did not work for more than 15 mins, it was supposed to run for a min of 3 hrs, post a complaint the dealer took the battery for servicing replacing it with a stand by and never bothered to return it.
Post multiple complaints and after 6-7 months and multiple emails, they replaced the batter but again not with a new one but a serviced one, they had no clue as to what happened to our original one.
Recommend to stay away from this product.
