I purchased FALCON 800 VA Su-Kam inverter in November 2009. Right from the beginning, the inverter was not taking full load. With about 500 VA load, it used to run only for half-an-hour to one hour. I gave complaint several times and the dealer in Udupi (P.P. Electronics) is not able to rectify the fault and instead, he used to tell me that every thing is perfect.
Now, The moment power goes off, it starts giving beeping sound and shuts off. I gave a complaint with customer care and I am being fooled everytime that the technical people will contact me shortly. But they never turned up. The only option left for me now is going to Consumer forum.Any other way I can deal with this issue?
