I am using cosmic online ups for last 2 months. According to the product brochure, cosmic ups provide extra long battery back up.
The ups also come with led controls on the front, which I agree but after few days of use, the display is not visible. If you ever visit their website and visit cosmic home ups, you will notice some brief descriptions of its features like load chart. But in actual result, you can only use few of its features. I even facing customer-servicing problem.
One of the basic feature like power back up which is missing from this home ups . I invested thousands of money for this particular model but all went into water . I dont recommend this particular home ups to any one . Please stay away from sukam company
