My wife received a message from styletag.com to use the coupon EOSSLEG to get the leggings at Re.1. We ordered a product on 12-Mar-2015 for Rs. 100(99 courier charges) and waited for long to get the ilegging. After around 2 weeks I called the customer care number at 0924340XXXX and asked them about the product and a customer care representative told me that the item is out of stock they have asked the vendor to get that specific legging and we should receive it by 1st april 2015.
I again called on 30th Mar-2015 to know the status and they told me they have cancelled the order as the product wasn't available and the refund will be done.
They should have called or mailed me before cancelling the order themselves and asked for another option if that specific design wasn't availablle.
The issue is that they have now eneded that offer and on a specific id yuo can apply the offer only once.
When I called the company again today to check when will I get the money back, they told it takes 14 to 15 working days to get the refund and the lady told that it was me who called them to cancel the order. THIS IS DISGUSTING. IF THEY CUD NOT FULFILL THE ORDER AND CANCELLED IT THEMSELVES, WHY CAN"T THEY TAKE ITS RESPONSIBILITY? They are ACCUSING ME that I cancelled the order.
I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with their customer service.
