Its high time the government and educational boards understand the basic truth that it is spoiling the life of countless youths and losing eminent scholars to foreign countries by the way of framing poor undernurtured syllabus with outdated methodologies. By many means, the students are benifitted by having a higher education abroad.

There they are given a conducive environment to learn, work and experiment. The lack of R&D labs and oproper training makes our students less competitive in global arena.Again the traditional vote bank drived policies to give preference to low caste people and abhor higher castes bring division in society and lead to brain drain.

The lack of flexibility in education system make syudents choose their profession as accidents and not as their dreams. The diversified work that the student carries out will make him a generalist who is capable of handling many situation rather than kings of one trade. In foreign countries, a lot of people from varying status assemble and work to innovate. This will create a pool of similarly oriented brainswho comprise to form a multi faceted group that can be unified to create wonders where as in India, We rarely do combined works.

Moreover the job oppurtunities abroad available, the discipline and passion for work attracts the young budding mindsto move abroad. Thus the situation of India is grim.Though it has surplus manpower, it will never utilise this boon.Surplus Population will always be taken as a curse.
