I ordered 3 pair of shoes for 999. Got it delivered after 3 weeks of long wait.
Fit and quality was not proper so applied for return. It was reverse picked in week but return confirmation took another 3-4 weeks.
No refund is possible only store credit which has to be used for shoes only. I requested for using store credit from clothing range which was thankfully accepted. I ordered suit set which again took 3-4 weeks to deliver. Suit set is OK types not that great for price I paid.
It is terrible test of patience to deal with SSS. Another warning: Stuff which is shown in classy photographs is far more superior than what you will actually get. When u place order imitation products are made to order in 3-4 weeks time and delivered. Had same experience for both shoes and clothing range.
