I came across this website some time back and decided to give it a try seeing the range of products. I order 3 pairs of shoes for my sister and selected cash on delivery as payment option. It was a big mistake, which I realized later. Here are the main points:
Firstly, the delivery time given was after 1 month, which is itself the most delayed delivery time of all other websites.
The products were not delivered even till the 30th day, so I called up the customer service. They said it will be delivered shortly.
But the delay continued and after calling them several times, I received the delivery after 2 months of ordering. Just
imagine 2 MONTHS!
- In the meantime I also got to know that 1 of the 3 product had been misplaced by the courier and storage service and was then replaced later.
In short the delivery time is so huge that you loose all the interest in what is going to come!
