I am a Sterling Resorts member. Never been to Sterling Yercaud. Reading reviews in net before going, most of them were not positive. I decided to go with with my family with out much expectation.
When we reached resorts, WOW ! what a location ! Check in was smooth. My room / apt had a hall + Kitchen in GF & Bedroom + sitout in 1st floor. Room had fridge, Microwave, utensils. But the resort restaurant made all these not necessary. Restaurant provides B.Fest, Lunch & Dinner ( All buffet type). Food was very good, Ambience is great, both south Indian & North Indian Dishes. View from the restaurant during dinner is spectacular.
Room service is reasonably good, considering the type of location, we have to accept certain delays.
Check out was smooth.
Overall experience is really good.
