Our Family visit ooty at least twice in a year and we stay here. We r timeshare member of sterling holiday. Seen this resort through many of its ups and down. Past few years our stay at resort has been excellent .rooms have been renovated very well, garden is d best part of the resort. Restaurant and the room service
