Nice destination . Masssive resort well kept. It ends there. Poor service in the restaurant ( if you go for breakfast u might well as carry your own glasses for juice and tea coffee during breakfast and be prepared to occupy dirty tables) housekeeping response is poor( the response to user requirements is poor. we asked for in room dining menu. I guess the earlier occupant walked away with it! the menu card never came in four days) . The front office is unfriendly! their body language speaks .
There was a non member ther who was complaining that they give him a Gatia! room and vowed hell never come back!. Sterling if ure listening u cannot afford to lose potential members for god sake.
