I m sterling member for past 10 years, i had taken white studio holiday plan. As a white studio member we can take holiday anytime in a year but during peak seasons( Red) white bers will get lesser number of free holidays.
Sterling marketing team has been trying to convert existing membersof lower plan by tryingto sell them the higher categoryplan.
Now few days back Sterling changed the rule that the customer cannotbook in peak season days ( they are saying that the booking window will open for them 15 days prior only, by that time no rooms will be available) so that they can force their existing customers to buy the higher season plan from them.
When i contacted the reservation team, they told that the management has the right to change the rule. Their marketing executives are calling to buy costlier plan.
Sincere advice to the wanna be customers of sterling: Avoid it at any cost. The company has propensity to cheat
