This Uncle isn't Good. Review on Stayuncle

Booking hotel rooms for the unmarried couple has always been an irritating experience for the one who tries to book. If somehow a booking is confirmed, then it may not be suitable for the couples with Local ID's as the T& C of some hotels might not suit them.

To solve this problem, comes a startup named StayUncle, which not only provides some good couple friendly hotels but those hotels also accept Local ID's during the check in process, moreover they also has a feature of charging only for the hours you stay, with suitable timings like 10AM - 7PM or 8PM - 10AM, which serves like a cherry on the top of a pie.

But with every innovative startup there comes some troubles. Solving those troubles can only guarantee your success compared to your Competitors.

I once booked a hotel room using their website, and what was my experience with them, is clearly specified in this review.

Service and Support - There service and support is above average, as they may take some time to reply to your emails, possibly 1-2 days. I have never used there contact number as they never let me down on my bookings.

Website's Information Depth - They don't provide much of the relevant info about the hotels. In the name of the pics, there are only some few pics listed. They just try to highlight the service they provide, like Local ID's accepted etc. instead of focusing on the service the hotels provide.

Website's Response - Website is user friendly, I can say it's not a troublesome experience to book from there site. But, the lack of information is what make the site look little dull. Website's doesn't take much time to load, but if you're using a smartphone to book a deal, then it may cause some trouble, otherwise booking from PC's always works fine. I can say it scores an average in this aspect, too.

And I was also not convinced upon my booking, as the pics they showed on their website were not at all same the room I was allotted. That was very disappointing.

But one major thing in which Stay Uncle lacks, is building a trust factor with their customers. Booking hotels for couples is always been an issue among the society, so I think they should be more focused on building good communication with the Customers instead of being focused on Marketing.

Overall, I don't feel like booking from them anymore, unless they improve themselves in the field I mentioned above. And the wrong allotted room was enough for me stay away from this uncle.
