It has been since 5 months that I purchased the Stayfit I10 Treadmill. For the past 2 weeks I am calling their customer care for the free service. When I tell them it is a free service no service personnel is showing interest to come and service my treadmill.
So people who are purchasing the Stayfit treadmill can expect no response to service during the 1st year when there is free service period.

From 18th to 25th Oct, I have called them 3 times to service and still no action was taken. finally they agreed to come on 26th Oct before 1 PM. But again they failed to show up. Very much a disappointing service team and department Stayfit has.
