I had issues with my Gym Cycle(DE 29) that I purchased 4 months back. Raised multiple concerns and even posted review/experience on this platform.
Post that, CEO himself intervened and got the whole equipment replaced(warranty terms and conditions mention only repair and not replacement).
I would like to thank the CEO of Stayfit to personally intervene and fix the issue. Its more than what I expected. I hope that the new equipment works smoothly without any issue.
