I had ordered for 8 Styrofoam balls,
But after 5-6 hours the customer service representative called me and told me it was not available
So I changed my order to smaller sized ball on the call itself and the customer service representative told me that my money cannot be directly refunded but it will be added as store credit in my account
My order was delivered on time, but the bill was for the initial order and the product delivered was the second one
So I checked my account on the website I didn't have any store credit
Neither are they answering my calls nor are they responding to my emails
