I opened my account in shop last year for my personal banking.
it was ok but then I went to their nearest branch because I wanted to activate net banking on my account as it was required urgently.
On the first day they give me a kit for internet banking and said. it will be activated in 24 hours. After 30 hours I tried to login but it was saying invalid password or username. Then I waited for one more day. Then again went to branch. They said oh we forgot to activate your account.
