State bank of india -as the name potrays it should be a bank for the people where the needs problems of the customer is satisfied .
SBI is famous for its reputation and customer service but I had a very bad experience with this bank I had gone to the bank to open a savings bank account but there was no proper staff to help me out with the procedure the people there were pretty confused and failed to reply to my queries and just asked me to come latter . When I went back again latter then I was told that no help could be provided as the concerned person was busy and this was told to me when I had already spent arnd 1 hr at the bank the customer service was very bad at the bank ans no proper facilities were being provided like internet bankin and phone banking
