SBI- India's largest decade old PSU bank. As one can make the mindset of dull and lazy employees, crowded branch, Arrogance in the staff's behaviour.I would say that may be some time some of these concerns are true but one can't nly rate a bank in these points.As a SBI customer since 5 years, I am satisfied with the service.One thing that I like most is the SBI Internet Banking, either website or app both are very user friendly and tech savvy. ATMs are located in every few kilometers across the country Rate of interest in savings and fixed deposites are generally the same like other banks. SBI put itself in forefront in technology adoption and so most of the routine bank works could be done through different automated machines in the branch.Yes, their years old paper processes bother me while opening account, applying for any loan or service.It's too time consuming and less tech savvy.They demand a lot of documents ad proofs for any loan application or service.Since they offer competitive interest rate so their loan products are popular. Customer grievance process are satisfactory and can be improved. Also, their employees should take care of professionalism towards their work ethics.
