" STATE BANK OF INDIA( SBI) " Is The Oldest Government Bank Of India And It Has The Large Number Of Branches In Delhi And Other State, As Compared To Other Government Banks, It's Service Should Set The Benchmarks And It Should Be Perfect But The Reality Is Equally Opposite Of It . Although I Didn't Have Any Account In SBI But My Grandmother And My Sister Is Having An Account In SBI And Whenever They Have To Deposit Or Withdrawl Money I Have To Suffer With Them .


• The STATE BANK OF INDIA Support Was Not Quick, Everytime I Visited To Any Branch Of SBI With My Sister Or Grandmother Seems Like Same Picture Comes In Front Of My Eyes It Is Not Easy To Take Loan Or Credit Income From Bank, When My Sister Applied To Change The Home Branch They Have Not Helped Me At All I Have Submitted 4 Applications For It .


• They Call Me Every Week And Give Me A New Form To Fill Up Or Signature From My Sister And Grand Mother, I Mean Comeon My Sister Is a Working Person And She Doesn't Take Leave Every Week And Grand Mother Is In 80 S Age It Is Not Possible For Her To Come Every Week To Bank Although I Camed With Her Everytime But Still It Becomes Really Difficult For Her .


• Everytime I Visit The Branch To Withdrawl The Cash Or Deposit There Is Such a Huge Line And The Executive Of Bank Handle The Customer Slowly Slowly Like a Tortoize They Take 15 To 20 Minutes For One Customer, Whenever I Went To Bank Almost 3 To 4 Hours Got Wasted And It Is Really Pathetic I Can't Miss My Classes My Hole Day Got Wasted Because Of It's Slow Service .


• Same Thing Happens In Internet Banking, Although Its Ok, But Take Information Again And Again After Saving It Also, And Its Apps Sometime Crash . I Had Faced Issues With Internet Banking After Complaining Also It Has Not Been Resolved Yet, Due To Login Issues I Have Not Been Able To Access The Net Banking For My Transactions As Its Crashed Everytime .


Overall, I Will Not Recommend It To Anyone As Its Service Is Slow, The Branch Executives Are Lazy In Assisting The Customer, I Am Not Benefited In Any Way . Their Is a Lot Of Need To Improvise Their Customer Support And Its Service Is Slow And PooR .0
