Welcome to SBI, so much of crowd(clients) and very few staff.The processing is so slow that if you are a working guy and you have to go to SBI then you have to take atleast half day leave for a very simple task because the response the staff is not at all cooperative. If you ask them any question they never reply, even if they reply they won't reply properly.In today's era when other banks are providing so much of facilities on the go, SBI should think of getting proper staff so that when a customer goes to any branch he/she should not feel that now how much time it will take to get my task done.
