I never seen this much worst customer service. Putting cash or taking the cash in SBI is complex process in SBI. It doesn't have Cash deposit Machine, which make the customer to stand in long queue to deposit money. My debit card doesn't have expiry date but when I tried to take cash out it was stating the password was incorrect but I keyed valid password.
When I verified the call center, he state that It might be because of my card expiry. He told me that he will unlock the card and try with the correct password still, I am not able to access with the card then I have to place requested for new card by calling the call center. Does the change of debit card after the expiry should happen of its own(by bank) or by the customer. Getting a query clarified in SBI is also a complex process.
