Hello everyone today I am going to review STATE BANK OF INDIA based on my experience. This bank is located at vyara near old bus stand 394650.
Talking about the phone banking first the SBI bank phone server is very poor. It take soo much time to transfer money from one account to another account. It takes almost 30minutes where in rest of the bank it takes 30 seconds. Also the sbi bank phone application is also not properly layout and updated.
The ATM availability is good they have many atm in each city in small town like vyara they have three atm but the major problem is that many a times I have experienced it thag they are out of cash. Also the operating system of SBI ATM is sloe they almost get hang.
Internet banking of the SBI is not so good not so bad but it generally takes a lot of time is RTGS it take 4 hours to transfer the money. So it is pokr system accoding to me.
There customer service is also poor. In cash depoist the customer need to wait for 15 minutes on average. Also theh donot have proper department for all things. All things in one counter whatever the work may be let it be cheque deposit or cash deposit or withdrawal.
Also the cheque of different bank take 2 days to clear and if it is of there bank then 15 minutes to clear.
Always there is so much cue in SBI bank also there process is slow and outdated.
