Poor customer service. Review on State Bank Of India

Today I am going to share my true experience about the State Bank of India.I lives in Budaun and I telling you about SBI Budaun branch.4 month ago I opened Pradhanmantri Jan Dhan yojna Saving Account in SBI bank and finally I opened my account but I got no ATM card, when I contacted in the the Bank Branch then I got my ATM card but there one more problem with my ATM card.My when I generated the PIN of my ATM card but I would not genrate the PIN and I contacted to the customer care.He told that your card is block since 2 months.I went to the bank for activating my ATM card but they not provide any help completely and they told that you closed account.I was very angree at that time.Many times I went to the bank then finally my ATM was activated.I did not like customer service.Bank staff is not good and not user friendly.ATM availability is good in budaun but mostly ATM always out of service and no cash available in ATM.This is the bad service.Net banking is good but its banking app not good.Phone banking also not provide fast banking.Sometimes get the error when I transferred money to other bank account.So I do not recommend this.
