The service of State Bank of India is good. I availed savings account for more than ten years. The ATM facilities are wide and convenient, also mobile banking and net banking application is quite good to use. But, I never contacted the customer service so I do not have any idea about that.
It just took 10 days to avail a loan from state bank of India. I am glad to say that the process followed by State Bank of India is good. I did not face any problems while submitting the documents. Overall, State bank of India gave me a good experience.
