I made account in SBI chickmagalur branch before 7 years for scholarship purpose one thing I need to tell u is their customer service is worst that I have ever seen. They make u wait for hours together just to print a pass book.
Last week I requested for a new pass book I went to bank and asked them to give me a new pass book by fillinh the application form and providing the necessary documents and they told me to come tomorrow and this happend for 5 days and I complained it to manager and manager said that there is only 1 person to print pass book and he is on leave so we are facing a problem and the other thing is there internet banking atm services and phone banking is even worse than this they charge heavily for even small transactions and im very fed up with this bank
