Whenever you go to any Sbi branch you will notice a lot of customers in the bank. But with proper digitalisation of almost majority of the products the bank has been able to complete the customers needs on the go of very less time.

I think I am lucky like other customers of the SBI branch where I have an account as never I have faced a problem of waiting customers. SBI has a lot of options for almost every section of the society from poor to rich, from student to salaried person, from female citizens to senior citizens. Also the customer service is great the bank provides to its customers.

Within 10 minutes the branch personnel called me and solved my query and helped me to do my work.
