This to inform all the people who wish to open an account in S.B.I bank. The people appointed are not well educated, nor well mannered.
I went thrice after that my account opening application was accepted, after that was instructed to come after two hours for giving the deposit and collecting pass book. After 2 hours when I went to bank was instructed by the Lady(Stupid / Illiterate) denying stating " I asked you to come by 2 pm afternoon" so we are deaf and dumb we have whole lot of money and free time to meet them listen to their nonsense.
Is this a correct way to behave with the customer. This is what is Indian Standards " GAVAR".
No realization towards ones responsibility and loyalty towards work. Being Government employee they think they can run their own Govenrment.
Mr. Tiwari in Kurla Branch teaches me the time period for submitting the aPllication Form ofr Account opening is 9-12, so he did not take my application on Friday 15, 2010 at it was 12:02pm, before which I was standing in line since 11:35pm. Mr. Tiwari was busy explaining other customer his account status and balance which wasted the the time of people standing in queue.
And yes: Mr. Tiwari never came on time in Office niether on Tuesday nor Wwednesday when I went again to submit the application so this is what we follow rule, must salute Bank Employee for being so obidient and loyal, APPRECIATING YOU ALL GR8 and SHMAELESS LIARS
On enquiring if any one can come and now submit the Application he said yes, when again cross checked he denied, so I believe they them selves dont know the rule or they really donot avlue the customer or may be illetrate in treating people. Feel KING OF S.B.I.
NEVER GICING CORRECT INFORMATION and when customer tells they had informed the same he simply deny showing we are LIARS / DUMB and uneducated people.
