State Bank of India is the largest bank in India. I have a account with it's Dilshad Garden Branch Delhi-95, since 1990.
Mostly employees in the bank are aged, they are very slow on computers. They still work with single finger on keyboard.
Which results, long ques on each counter. The staff along with lady branch Manager have their own ego. They don't bother about the regular problems of the customers. They have "SARKARI" sort of attitude. Whenever I have to go there, it takes at least 1-2 hours to even depositing a small amount. And moreover there is no person in the Bank to listen your issues. Therefore I strongly believe that this bank should go to private sector and most of its employees be given VRS.
