I have been observing the public banking service specially by SBI is deteriorating day by day.
I am facing great inconvenience as a customer.
- Most of the ATM machine don't function specially in Pune(PCMC area).
2.Most of the time when one goes to Bank(near Chinchwad) one finds that there is huge crowd sometimes it may take 1 hour to do transaction. Many times the counter which should be servicing in office hour remain closed despite large crowd waiting outside for service.
Besides as I try to transact with online SBI I face greater difficulty as when OTP is sent it does not appear in my message box even waiting for long period some time for half an hour.
As I try to complain to customer care they hardly bother and don't respond politely. This is sad state of affair most of these public sector bank have careless attitude though the organization is large there is no QC cheque being done by Govt how they function.
Hope the present Govt of Mr Narendra Modi which says Sabka saath and sabka Vikas does take these to account and set right the lethargic organization like SBI, which are behaving apathetically towards the public.
