Its a 4th day today in SBI, [Kolsewadi Branch- Mumbai], I gave an application to change address at 11am and till now I am having a old address on my passbook.
Saturday time went off for updating in their system. I went on Monday, the internet connection was not working. Now its Tuesday and not even a single printer is working.
Worst thing is that, waiting in que for address update till 45 mins and later they inform that they are getting failed in updating my address.
Other non-nationalized bank did this process within 10 minutes, and I appreciate KJSB as they did took a bit extra effort for this but did just asap.
