I had a salary account with SBI. They have the worst services and the slowest bank ever. They have systems to make the customers suffer.
I had this experience with SBI long time back, where I had lost my cell phone and got myself a new number. I wanted to register the new number with them but for that I had to go to the branch where I had opened my account with.
The bank was very far from my place and was a big trouble as well time loss going there and filling a form just to change registered mobile number.
Even to start internet banking, one has to got to the bank, submit forms. When life has become so fast and we have come into the world of e-age, I don't understand why they are still stuck with the traditional methods. SBI banks are always over crowded and even for a small thing, the line is endless and their service being very slow, hours of precious time gets wasted waiting in the line. They definitely need to buck up.
