SBI heads should seriously think about revamping the entire organization, in other words the 5M's should be reorganized.
The customer service should be applauded, if you accept that you are an untouchable, illiterate, germ. These guys at SBI, will see through you, they have an attitude that you are there to service them. But it's actually vice versa.
There is a old saying "Who is going to advice, and who is going to listen"But for SBI "Whoever advices, we are not going to listen"
Of course there are lot of ATM's available with SBI, but please understand that many of these ATM machines lack many feautres. Moreover, it acts only as money vending machines. Don't judge a bank with number of ATM's, for example many banks like Kotak etc., doesn't have enough ATM, but they use other Bank's ATM's as their ATM with no charges, provided you have minimum savings balance or linked FD.
It's better to have an account with private banks than SBI or nationalized bank.
