Whenever you visit SBI bank any branch, you will see huge queque at every counter .The people trust this bank so much I really feel it.But the point is for a small adjustment the bank will not take the initiative and just put the answer that they accept only cash of their branch and for other branch use the cash deposit machine.And even the cash deposit machine has a very long queque and the machine takes lot of time to make one transaction.iI had to wait for nearly 1 hr long to make my transaction and ended up with the machine going out of service status.The bank is there to help the people to make their transaction in a more hassle free way.Unlike private banks where they give full commitment to the people and also the facility is such huge that you just feel to come again and again.People come to bank to secure their money and bank are the best options to gain security from public.
