SBI is the biggest brand name among all banks operating in India, it is due to the perception of people that it is a government bank. But it is not the complete fact. SBI is similar to all PSU banks operating in India. However it is a well trusted brand but its service is too poor, specially affected by its employees. They deal with customers very badly. Even an account opening with the bank is much tedious.
