Compare to other banks I faced lots of issues in State bank of India branches.
1- They ask rough questions to customers.
2-They don't behave as to serve customers . They only show that we are high paid bosses in country.
3-They never cooperate if we ask some thing.
4-They will never encourage to avail any service that is provided by bank.
If ask about any service that we know from internet that government is providing, if we will go there they will say come after two to three days.(Ex- Sukanya samridhi Yojana.
They only do illegal cash management to those who only do higher of transaction in lakhs in any cities. Like if some business men do transaction in lakhs they will take money without in line and they can cash deposit in front of everyone without any line.
But for the same thing if we will go to private bank, we are extremely satisfied. For any process that we don't know they will teach like kids.
8-If the Bank is our government property, then why should not they help us?
