I am writing this review on my personal experience . I had visited SBI bank as I had to change my account handling from minor to major and my ppf was there in state bank of India. So I had to fill certain forms ( green form)
In which I had to
Stand in the queue. I waited for at least an hour for my turn and then I represented problem to the person sitting their. She told me to go to the counter number 4 and when I went there he told me to change the mobile number so I did it and then he told me to verify the details and go to counter number 2 again
And then from their she again told me to go to counter number 5 to give the cash
And then between the procedure the person sitting on counter number 5 got up and went for the lunch and didn't turn up for an hour and then when he came he started raging on me like he saidpata nhi chalta hai aapko 600 rs dene hai he was very rude
So, I complained to the odit manager about the insufficient staff and bad services
He told to take the action but he didn't
And instead he started giving me excuses that there is recession
And all the government workers are going to get shifted to another branch so we are lacking employees which according to me was baseless
Whatever may be their internal reasons such lacking in the work should not be there
