Getting an SBI ATM Card becomes a dream for me... Review on State Bank Of India

Here I am with yet another review, this time 'State Bank of India' is the culprit. Yes I am writing about one of the largest bank of our country. I want to share with you people my bitter experience I had with this huge bank. This is one of my worst personal experience in my life. I need to post this review to aware all of you about this incident...

Here I wanna tell you the working style, mismanagement and the behaviour of the employees of the bank...

Just read one of the greatest working style of the bank due to which I didn't get back my ATM cum Debit Card since 1 and 1/2 year. The reason behind this so simple - due to some confusion I tried incorrect PIN 3 times for one of my SBI ATM card which results into blocking of my card, thats my first mistake, I agree and I apologize; then I went to the branch to apply for the new PIN but see the great minds over there, they suggest me to reapply for the new card instead of applying for the new PIN... and as an innocent customer I did according to their suggestion... The Technical Manager over there himself cut my ATM cum Debit Card into two pieces in front of the Branch Manager and ask me just to put my signature on the form filled for reapplying for new ATM Card. That was the blunder I did that time coz if I only apply for the new PIN then I may get the same in few days but I had faith on the words of those responsible persons and the result of which is that I still waiting for my ATM cum Debit Card for such a long time...

I had asked many times to both of the responsible persons there - the technical manager and the branch manager but they had no reason for my delay in ATM cum Debit Card and now it has become my Sweet Dream or my greatest wish to have my ATM cum Debit Card from SBI... they alwayz ask me to apply again and again.. and now its already 4 time I had applied for the Card... And now comes the crucial situation, I alwayz handled my application form to the same counter and to the same lady employee... she just shouted on me when I asked her about my application, saying like she has much work load, better I meet with Branch Manager and can also complain about her anywhere... sincerely saying if there was a man sitting at that place I will definitely give him such a slap, irrespective of the result... I was filled with anger and immediately went to manager but the manager was so cool person that he ask me to calm down... but he wasn't so nice that he can solve my problem...

Its just going fine coz I have some other bank's ATM and debit card with me but if I had a well maintained savings account with SBI then it is right to enjoy each and every facilities provided by bank...

I am in dilemma whether to complain to some higher authorities of SBI itself or better I go to Cunsumer Forum sort of institution but only worry is that I had nothing to show anwhere, like any reciept or anything else...
