In India there are so many banks are operating. But we can see State bank of India is the biggest and largest bank in India. State bank of India is totally dependent on government. Employees are not updated to its policies and rules. Even branch manager of of SBI are not update to the mark. The employess are dependent on each other. If u go and ask any thing to do the employees will ask other how the work is done. Even employees are not aware of the computer operating system. Unlike private banks its employees are to leave offixe before their departure time. If u want to open a saving account then forget it. It will take almost a month and you will have to go to bank repeatedly. Then and only then u can get the work done. Even they are not aware of the government scheme that government announces. In all we can say that private banks are providing too much facility and cooperation than SBI. In todays life style where all are busy in Doing their own work one should prefer private banks rather than SBI.
